- A valid Emirates ID or Passport must be presented at the time of the appointment.
- Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 12 hours prior to your appointment.
- Cancellation fees: Late cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will incur an automatic charge of AED 250.
- It is mandatory to be fasting for 12 hours prior to the blood test appointment. Please note fasting period should be no more than 14 hours as it will affect the results of specific parameters.
- If a client has forgotten to fast for 12 hours or fasted for more than 14 hours, it will be automatically be considered a late cancellation.
- You may drink water while fasting and it is recommended to stay hydrated right before your scheduled appointment.
- Avoid coffee, tea, and tobacco in the morning prior to your appointment.
- Avoid heavy meals, alcoholic beverages, and intense training the night before your appointment.
- Stop any supplements you are taking for 72 hours prior to the scheduled blood test.
